  1. Same day delivery will not be arrive at specific schedule due to uncontrollable traffic situation, retailer should schedule one day ahead to avoid delay of delivery for end users.
  2. Brooklyn, Queens, and Lower Manhattan: $20 Delivery charge base on orders over $300, free pick up service for orders less than $300.
  3. New Jersey, Long Island, and Staten Island: $50 Delivery charge base on orders over $800, free pick up service for orders less than $800.
  4. Bronx: 6% of invoice amount that over $600, free pick up service for orders less than $600.



  1. All claims suspect as factory defects must reported within 7 days from the date of the invoice; claimer mush provide proof, such as pictures of damage part(s) and the packing(s) for Pantek to investigate, all rights reserved by Pantek.
  2. Return and exchange does not cover inappropriate placement caused by shipping company, wrong installation damage, accident misuse, abuse, and incorrect operating the unit against the instructions; 
  3. Return and exchange must handled by buyer to Pantek warehouse in original packing, unused and undamaged. 10% restock fee will be applied.
  4. No cash refund for all purchases, buyers are responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges.



  1. Compression of upholstery of 15% or less is NOT considered to by "sagging" of the mattress.
  2. Pantek services the right to refuse return or exchange when the mattress is found to by stained, soiled, in unsanitary conditions, or when product failure is due to causes of misuse or abuse, including folding or bending. Bent border wires on the mattress will be considered the result of product abuse.
